Our Philosophy
Most organizations function like huge ships - both take a lot of time and energy to change course. That’s because most companies use the wrong approach.
It doesn’t have to be that way - we explain why through the Trim Tab Principle:
A conventional ship changes course by turning the rudder, which in turn changes the direction of the ship. Some advanced ships, however, use what is called a Trim Tab - it’s a mini rudder attached to the back of the main rudder.
To change the ship’s course, the Trim Tab turns and puts pressure on the rudder. This turns the main rudder and enables the ship to change course more quickly and more controlled.
Small changes can create massive impact.
We believe if something is true within the laws of nature, it is true in humans too.
We leverage the Trim Tab concept in our work to transform the course of our clients’ organizations, the lives of their teams, and the satisfaction of their customers.
